Please be aware that our cleaning plans are structured around weekly and bi-weekly clients. For monthly and one-time cleanings, pricing will depend on the upkeep of your home. If your residence requires frequent deep cleaning, an alternative cleaning plan will be established, and the pricing will reflect the additional time necessary for thorough cleaning.

We kindly ask that you secure all personal and delicate items before our arrival. Additionally, please ensure that all dishes are either put away or loaded into the dishwasher. If preferred, we can arrange for dishwashing services at an additional fee. 

You are welcome to request extra tasks at any time; we kindly ask for a 24-hour notice if these extras are requested prior to your next scheduled cleaning. Each additional task is priced at $50 and up.

**Late Cancellation Policy:**  
A $25 late cancellation fee will apply. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel.

**Payments Accepted:**  
We accept cash and Cash App payments at $TwoBuzyB (an additional $5 service charge applies).

In order to enhance your luxury cleaning experience, please take note of the following:

**Service Disclaimer:**  
Two Busy B's Luxury Cleaning Service does not guarantee the removal of certain stains, such as rust, mildew, paint, or stains on carpets and rugs caused by a lack of maintenance. 

- All areas must be clear of personal items and clutter.
- Please inform us of any items or surfaces that require special cleaning.

We are not responsible for any damage resulting from improper installation of items. 

We only clean blinds and windows that can be safely reached using a step stool ladder. 

All surfaces, including marble, granite, and hardwood floors, are assumed to be sealed and ready for cleaning without risk of damage.

Please note that heavy furniture will not be moved.

Other terms and limitations will be discussed during the official walk-through before services are rendered.
